Molly the Cow's Recipe

Moo-licious Smoothies
4 oz low fat yogurt
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit

Blend together and enjoy, or try adding some of these fun options too!

Pinch of cinnamon
1 pack of flavored instant oatmeal
1 Tbsp low fat peanut butter
Substitute juice in place of milk
