For Reading we will wrap up our story George Washington Visits, and we will be starting the next story farfallina and marcel.  In this book, we will talk about the comprehension strategy “plot” and how friendships are formed and can change.  We will also be learning the consonant letter Ff and finishing our work with letters Dd and Kk.   Watch for your new Family Times news!

Boys and girls will be presenting dinosaur reports Monday, 1/7- Friday, 1/11.   Please check your child’s scheduled day and help him/her prepare and practice presenting at home.  Thank you, in advance for your help and support!

In Math, we will continue with Unit 3:  Comparing and Ordering Numbers 0-20.  Practice counting, reading, and writing numbers to 20 and take some time to review daily practice pages! Review 2D and 3D shapes and practice counting to 100 by 1s and 10s.  **Review, sign and return Unit 2 tests.
