Since we are soon half way
through Kindergarten, the teachers are asking that each student practice tying
his/her shoes. This is a skill
that we would like to see your child master before first grade. Remember, Practice Makes Perfect!
School will be CLOSED for
Students on Monday, January 18th for Martin Luther King Jr.’s
birthday. **Teachers have a full day In-Service scheduled.
Congratulations to all students who successfully
completed their dinosaur reports!
It was a fun and educational way to learn about some of the dinosaurs
that lived millions of years ago.
**Thank you to all the parents who helped “prepare” the children for
their first oral report. (Our next oral
report will be with the letter Uu for United States.)
Monday, January 11th
will be Day 2. Students will need library
books for exchange on Monday. Gym class will be Wednesday,
January 13th so wear sneakers and gym attire!
